Hi, I’m Naira.

I have been an entrepreneur and educator for over 15 years, running multiple businesses while teaching as a business marketing professor. My background in branding and design gave me the creative tools.
But my true passion has always been helping women bring clarity and confidence to their businesses.
Over the years, I have seen the same story repeat: brilliant, hardworking women stuck not because they lacked effort, but because they lacked a clear framework and support.
I have experienced that frustration too. What changed for me was learning that growth is about building on solid ground.
